佰邦+ Nauta 聯(lián)合體
Baibang Architecture Consultants and Nauta architecture & research
have recently started an international cooperation to develop projects in
the field of architecture, urbanism and engineering consultants.
The two firms are willing to cooperate as associated bodies, while relating
with potential Chinese clients and the public in the next future.
The two professional bodies have respectively their headquarters in
Shenzhen, China (Baibang) and in Rotterdam, the Netherlands (Nauta).
Baibang Architecture Consultants is founded by Chi Chunru, Lin Miaoxin,
Wong Zhiqiang and Tang Yi. Nauta architecture & research is founded
by Maurizio Giancarlo Scarciglia. The cooperation is set by the two
architecture firms to provide multi-disciplinary services, spacing from
architecture to urbanism, landscape, branding and communication
strategies.
深圳市佰邦建筑設計顧問有限公司與荷蘭NAUTA建筑事務所組成一個跨國設計聯(lián)
合體，提供建筑規(guī)劃設計、方案設計及工程咨詢等多領域設計服務。
兩家公司意欲協(xié)同合作，一起服務中國客戶，并共同進行在中國境內的設計服務及
商業(yè)宣傳。聯(lián)合體所包含的兩家建筑設計機構，分別為總部設于中國深圳，由遲春儒、
王志強、林淼鑫、唐軼主持的深圳市佰邦建筑設計顧問有限公司跟總部設于荷蘭鹿
特丹，由Maurizio Giancarlo Scarciglia主持的NAUTA建筑事務所， 提供全方
位及前沿的設計服務，涵蓋建筑設計，城市規(guī)劃，城市設計，景觀設計，廣告推廣
及視覺溝通藝術等。
The cooperation between Baibang Architecture Consultants and
Nauta architecture & research origins in the common intention to
combine complementary specializations in order to offer to clients and
municipalities the best product: advanced design approach, innovative
and sensitive design, international competitiveness, sustainability,
commercial feasibility, technical quality. Nauta architecture & research
is an international company strongly oriented on design and innovation.

owns excellent technical professionalism and knowledge of the local
Chinese technical and code requirements, yet a great experience in the

the local coordination and technical support in the international projects.

In light of this, the two bodies are willing to share responsibility, liability
and copyrights in the relationship with clients and institutions, pursuing
common goals and duties and trying to establish a long lasting
cooperation for an equal business development of both entities.
兩家公司愿長期發(fā)展平等互助的業(yè)務合作，共同承擔對客戶的責任與信用，共享產
品版權，為日益進步的中國建設市場提供全方位的設計及咨詢服務。
Currently the two offices are working together for the development of a
masterplan project in the Yunlong District, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province,
China.
目前兩家公司正在緊密合作位于湖南省株洲市云龍新城的700畝數(shù)碼城修建性規(guī)劃
項目。

成立于2006年5月。自成立以來，以積極的姿態(tài)活躍于設計領域，公司

實際工程經驗和場地配合經驗的工程師。公司設計上具有國際性視野，設
計理念領先國內，設計項目多樣，在建筑設計、室內設計、景觀園林設計、
總體規(guī)劃等方面都頗有建樹。

承接工業(yè)與民用建筑設計、規(guī)劃設計、環(huán)境景觀設計、室內裝修設計、工
程咨詢等。
